Be aware if you want to upgrade

I have been charged $75 to upgrade my membership and have tried all afternoon trying to login and use the new features. I can't even log in. I always ask me to change password and no mater what set of character/numbers I use it always responds with that PW has expired. I have not had any competent help that can resolve the issue.
