Failure registration membership

I tried several times to register a membership but each time when I fill in my email adres (gerardb@***.nl) it said that this is an unvalid email adres. so I cannot register a membership.

My 12 YEAR OLD was able to sign up for your services. Why do you not have a way to ensure the consumers are ADULTS?!?! MAYBE A CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION?!?! I am appalled that you do not protect minors from your explicit content.

There was a 1 day charge instead of a 30 day charge!

I signed up for a 1 week membership for $7 but was charged an additional $27.02 no less than an hour after signing up. I emailed them asking them to cancel my membership and closed my account. They will not refund my money, all sales are final they tell me but in there terms of use it says 3-5 business days.
