Just signed for a 1 month membership and soon I saw its full of *** so directly cancelled and called to confirm. I clearly stated I do not want to be charged anymore. How it seemed they tried to charge me again after a month and I cancelled the refund. Now they claim that during the call I agreed on an membership of which I did not and now I am being persuade by Novalnet of which I think its the same scam behind it. Called multiple times with the servicedesk via Skype and they said "you do not need to worry" so I will not... until after a week I got another mail saying I have to pay plus an extra charge of 30 EUR! I think I will start a lawsuit and gather all you guys to get our money back ;-)
